Policy

1. Content Delivery Model (CDM)

This section is the only mandatory section of the policy. Please select one or more of the Content Delivery Models that the policy is describing.

2. Content Set Constraints

Enter information in this section only if the rights (permissions or prohibitions) or duties you are describing in this one policy are specific to a sub-set of the content assets associated with the content provider's service. If the rights and duties apply to the whole of the content set (i.e. all content types, asset classes, fields groups e.g. depth of market, countries of origin, content coverage etc) then nothing needs to be recorded here.

3. Refinement of the Rights of a Client

The mandatory Content Delivery Model section of the policy above defines the basic rights of TR when it comes to its use and redistribution of content. In this section we refine those rights in the key areas of use/purpose, restrictions and the timeliness of delivery and access to the content assets.

4. Duties of a Client

In this section any duties that the content provider specifies and required for TR's client are recorded.

5. Duties of Thomson Reuters that relate to its Clients

In this section any duties that the content provider specifies for TR in relation to its client are recorded.
