Summary

Design of a production management system that incorporates a business process orchestration engine that delivers to customers the ability to execute and manage unique end-to-end business processes or ‘workflows’ of their own design, to be used by the HMRC and various UK high-street banks in multi-channel communications to their customers.

Discovery Workshops

Multi-day workshops held at one of the client's secret located sites.

Outcome

Conducted week-long user research sessions to gather information on users' workflow, system and process dependencies and their pain-points.
Designed wireframes for the production management system UI
Produced working HTML prototypes to hand off to the development team to speed up development as many of them were new to front-end development using Bootsrap and unfamiliar with Progressive Enhancement methodologies to simplify and enhance the overall user experience.
